When you call 911 our dispatchers are automatically provided ANI/ALI on the console screen. This information includes the address, phone number, and resident's name. This is crucial in the event a person is unable to speak. It is important for the caller to remember that just because we receive the information does not mean that it is 100% correct 100% of the time. This is the reason the dispatcher will still inquire the address, phone number and the caller’s name.
